Established in December 2002 in the popular Seminyak area of Bali, Trattoria has become well-known to expats, tourists and locals alike as the original home-style Italian restaurant that offers the best in authentic Italian cuisine and pizza at unbeatable value.

Trattoria is co-owned by Manager Edoardo Guerrini and Executive Chef Olivari Vanni, who took what they learned from growing up in Italy and working in New York City to create an incredibly successful business from a few special ingredients; authenticity, simplicity, quality imported ingredients and good value.

Since its inaugural opening, Trattoria has always been one of the vanguards of Seminyak, having been only the second restaurant established on Jalan Oberoi, known today as 'Eat Street'.

With its reputation built on unique and unpretentious ambience, homemade pasta, bread and desserts and friendly service, Trattoria truly lives up to its reputation as an informal restaurant serving simple Italian dishes.

Trattoria has recently added a couple of new venues to its international chain of restaurants, opening a restaurant on the popular island of Gili Trawangan off the northeast cost of Lombok. The new restaurant, which serves up the assortment of pizzas and authentic Italian dishes, well known from other Trattoria venues, is located on the main strip of Gili Trawangan. It is joined by the brand new Trattoria Uluwatu, located in one of the most popular spots in Bali.
